Conferences for trainees on topics relevant to the ACN training mission are posted here. Registered trainees can receive reimbursement for conference registration fees for pre-approved conferences that are announced on this website.

ACN-Create 2010 Summer Workshop

The second annual workshop on Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience will be held at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario) on August 7-8. Tutorials will be given on the 4 ACN themes, as well as research presentations by undergraduate, graduate, and postdoc trainees. Professional development topics and panel discussions are included. QBIN 2010 Summer School

QBIN will hold the second annual 3-day summer school on the theme of "Multi-Modal Imaging". To register, please read the following information:

1) August 16=  theoretical session: this day of training is open to all.

Four lectures will be given in the Jeanne Timmins amphitheatre at the Montréal Neurological Institute.

2) August 17 - 18: Hands-on Session: these two days are limited to 32 participants. A large selection of applications for registration will be make to allow the largest number of groups/labs to participate.

Hands-on labs willl be given at McGill's Department of Psychology (Stewart Biology Building, 1205 Dr. Penfield Ave)
